to choose a set of projects/activities and
to decide on their importance (priority)
and sequence (short, medium, long term)
Draw up a planning sheet like this on flip
chart paper, and work across the sheet left
to right noting after discussion the type
of issues likely to need action in each
of the boxes. Post-it notes make it easier.
